Sherap works closely with business owners and their management teams, and for most clients, he also serves as outside general counsel for their businesses and portfolio companies.  This allows him to have a deeper understanding of each client and their businesses.  And, for clients, they have a partner in Sherap, one who is there with them and is as committed to their success. ​Prior to starting Tharchen Law, Sherap was a Partner at an established law firm in Denver.  With his dedication for serving clients and demonstrated love for the law practice, Sherap was offered partnership at that firm within 4 years of practice (traditionally, an 8 to 11 years wait period).  Sherap truly enjoys assisting clients and feels blessed for this opportunity to make an impact on the lives of his clients. Outside the office, Sherap enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.  He is an avid fly-fisherman (catch-and-release only), a daring rosarian, and loves skiing and enjoying the many outdoor activities Colorado has to offer.  He also enjoys cheering on his Oregon Ducks football team.
