• Represent clients (employers or employees) with the drafting and negotiation of employment agreements, including agreements for physicians, executives, and other key employees.

• Represent clients with drafting and/or negotiation of professional services and consulting agreement, including restrictive covenants agreements.

• Advise and assist clients with equity or non-equity compensation.
