• Assist clients with finding acquisition opportunities.  Advise and assist clients on financing for transactions.

• Represent clients in the acquisition of businesses, both asset purchase and equity transactions. Some of the businesses acquired include catering, communication technology, consulting, excavation, insurance agency, marketing agency, various professional services, and retail, among others.  

• Represent clients in the acquisition of franchisee businesses.

• Represent international clients in the acquisition of businesses in Colorado.

SALE OF BUSINESS

• Advise clients on exit planning (internal transactions and/or sale to third-parties).

• Represent clients in the sale of their businesses, both asset purchase and equity transactions.  Some of the businesses sold include cyber security, consulting, distribution, food-industry, landscaping, manufacturing, various professional services, and SAAS businesses, among others.  

• Represent clients in the sale and transfer of franchisee businesses.
