• Represent clients with the protecting their trademarks and service marks, both at the state level and with the USPTO.

• Represent clients with drafting and/or negotiation of non-disclosure agreements, licensing agreements, SAAS agreements, service and consulting agreements, among others.

• Advise and assist clients on Privacy Policy and Terms of Service agreements.
